Granny Gone Wild

This is my contribution to the Modern Mini Quilt Challenge over at Ellison Lane Quilts.



My mini measures approx. 6" x 9", and is based on a Granny block, but with a little twist. Granny let her hair down and leaped out in the wild nature and turned a little wild herself loosing a square on the way.

This was a fun project to complete. The idea popped into my head at work today, a quick sketch was made, and Voilà!, a new mini quilt is born.

    Denne ble jo flott. Så rart å se at det enkle ofte blir det beste. Flotte farger du har brukt. Jeg holder på å sy lukkekant på min miniquilt akkurat nå. Skal legge den ut litt senere i kveld.
